SHIPPING POLICY

The Passion Project: Lifestyle Brand values our customers' satisfaction and we do our best to ensure timely delivery of your orders. All orders are final sale and will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders are prepared Monday - Friday (no weekends or holidays). We ship via USPS Priority Mail [includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance, some restrictions may apply]. Once your order is sent to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the package. Upon receipt of the tracking number to the email address on file, all inquiries will need to be addressed directly with the carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct address, including any suite or apartment numbers to ensure smooth delivery. Any shipping issues due to inaccurate address details will incur additional shipping fees at the customer's expense.

Return & Exchange Policy

At The Passion Project: Lifestyle Brand, we take pride in providing our customers with top quality products and services. We understand that sometimes a product may not live up to expectations and we are here to help. All sales are final and non-refundable, however if you find your product is defective you may return it within 14 days of purchase. If your product is deemed defective, we will issue a store credit for the amount paid. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
